After School Program


To create a safe, warm, and human environment that facilitates the integral development of our students’ skills  in English .

Vision: Significant development based on students’ needs assisting each step in their process, and, in this way, contributing in their social and cultural training in a healthy environment.

Work organization:

Children receive their regular classes with their classmates and homeroom teachers from 7:20 to 12:00 and after that time, they have the following routine.







12:00 to 12:45




12:45 to 1:00

Brushing teeth and change their clothes


1:00 to 2:00

Free play:

Art- Construction- Little house-


2:00 to 3:30


Movie – Music -Workshops

Outside activities

3:30 to 3:45

Story Time

3:45 to4:00

Getting ready to go


Expectations: Groups will be formed by children from prekinder, kinder, and preparatory levels with a minimum of 10 students and a maximum of 20 children per group.


During this period, the various activities will be planned in advance through a weekly lesson plan.

Some skills and abilities such as stimulation and production of the English language will be developed due to the fact that this is the language used by the teachers in charge of taking care of the children.

The idea is that children can have a normal afternoon as if they were at home and at the same time, an opportunity  to improve English oral production.

Staff in charge:


1-    Bilingual teacher: with experience in preschool and high level of English.

2-    Program Director: supervision, control, documents elaboration and internal following of the program.

3-    Psychologist: Helps and supports the administrative area and carries out the program along with the evaluation of students’ evolution.

     Group materials:  ( toothpaste - towels - play dough - glue - color pencils - scissors - white paper - China paper - crayons - paint - construction paper - stickers - shoe laces - paint brushes - coloring books)
